When you are logged in you can click on the page “My Account” in the top right corner. You will now be redirected to your personal account page. At the bottom of this page you can click the option “Create New Ticket”. You will now be redirected to our ticket system.
In the drop down menu “Product Code” select the model number of your Lenco product.
Fill out the field “Subject”: for example, “no picture”.
In the field “Description” enter your question.
Then click “Submit Ticket” to confirm your order. Our support staff will contact you as soon as possible to inform you about the delivery time and payment options.
