We will of course do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. Do you order before 8:00 PM on workdays? We will then ship your package on the same day and you will receive it the next day! Are you placing an order during the weekend? We will then prepare your package for shipment on Monday and you can expect the package on Tuesday.
When you place an order above €30, you do not pay shipping costs. Do you place an order under €30? Then we charge € 4.95 shipping costs.
Our packages are shipped with DHL. DHL offers the package to your specified address. If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a note with a new delivery appointment. A signature is required to receive the package.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace number from us to track your DHL parcel.
So wie erwartet
De bleutooth in-ear koptelefoon van Lenco zit qua vorm perfect. Het verbindende kabeltje zorgt ervoor dat ze niet meteen op de grond vallen en het besturingssysteem is eenvoudig en gemakkelijk in gebruik. Wat helaas tegenvalt is de kwaliteit van het geluid. Bij opstarten hoor ik steeds weer een piep. Ook tijdens het afspelen van podcast, muziek of luisterboeken blijft de piep hoorbaar. Ik melde dit defect de dag van ontvangst aan de klantendienst per mail maar heb er nooit een antwoord op ontvangen. Uiteraard is het nog maar de vraag of je voor die prijs meer kan verwachten. Maar enige communicatie was aangenaam geweest.
