When can I expect my order?
We do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible.
If you order on a weekday before 8:00 PM, we will ship your package the same day. You usually receive it within 1 to 2 business days.
If you order before Saturday afternoon, you will receive your package on Monday.
If you order on Sunday, we will prepare your order for shipping on Monday. You can expect your package on Tuesday.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
When you place an order over €30, you do not pay for shipping. If you place an order under €30, we charge €4.95 for shipping.
Which carrier do you work with?
Our packages are shipped with DHL. DHL delivers the package to your specified address. If you are not home, the delivery person will leave a note with a new delivery appointment. A signature is required to receive the package.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace number to track your DHL parcel.
