RETURNS AND WARRANTY
Have you ordered something from us and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem! If your not satisfied, you can always get your money back. You can cancel your order with us free of charge within 30 days.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Legally, a return period of 14 days applies to returns. But we've decided to extend this period to 30 days. So if you decide to return your order, make sure you'll do this within 30 days from the day you've placed an order.
- The item is in it's original condition and is in the original packaging (if reasonably possible)
- For returning your order via a DHL Parcel, you can register your return through us retourprogramma

HAVE YOU RECEIVED AN INCOMPLETE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT?
When you order something from us, you can assume it's a high quality product. If you have received a defective, damaged or incomplete product please contact us. We will definitely take care of this. Has your product become defective within the return period, than you can use you're right on warranty. retourprogramma. Indicate which product it concerns and fill in the digital form as completely as possible.
The legal warranty of 2 years applies to every product that you have purchased through our webshop, which means that a product must do or is what you as a customer can reasonably expect from it. The offered own guarantees or any manufacturer guarantees do not affect the legal rights that you have as a consumer.
HOW FAST WILL I BE REFUNDED AFTER THE RETURN?
As soon as you return your item(s) that you have ordered through the webshop, you will receive the refund of the returned item(s) including shipping costs back from us as soon as possible. A maximum period of 10 days applies for this. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods (whichever comes first). You will receive the purchase amount via the payment method with which you made the original transaction.
LENCO GUARANTEE CONDITIONS FOR CUSTOMERS
General
These warranty provisions apply to the consumer.
The warranty period starts on the day of purchase of the product. The warranty period is 24 months. The warranty period is not extended by warranty work and replacement deliveries under the warranty.
Please always keep your proof of purchase. Repair or replacement within the warranty only applies with the original purchase receipt.
As a buyer, warranty and/or any complaints must be dealt with the (web) store where the device was purchased.
Excluded from warranty
Warranty doesn't apply when
- There's damage from external influences;
- There's careless damage;
- There's been improper or incorrect use, as well as incorrect operation or load, including the use of leaking and/or incorrectly installed batteries and/or the use of non-original parts;
- There was an incorrect set-up or installation, for example due to failure to observe the applicable safety regulations and/or the instructions in the user, installation and/or assembly manual (s);
- There are changes, additions and/or extensions to the device;
- Professional use;
- The Lenco products are ordered outside the Lenco webshop. When it's ordered or bought at another store or webshop, you have to go back to the webshop/store where you purchased your Lenco product.
- It's repaired and/or modified by other persons or organizations other than Lenco.
The decision-making about the application of the guarantee at Lenco at all times.

Definitions
In these warranty conditions the following terms have the following meanings:
Customer: the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with Lenco;
Lenco: Lenco Benelux B.V. located in Kerkrade.
Content and scope
If there are defects within the warranty period, Lenco will determine whether your device will be repaired or replaced for free. Replacement parts or devices become the property of Lenco. Consumables (components that may be expected to require replacement during the life of the product) and accessories are NOT covered by the warranty. Think of batteries, antennas, remote controls, cables, buttons, battery covers and other such accessories.
If during investigation and/or repair it is found that the defect has been caused by improper use of the device, there is no warranty and we reserve the right to invoice you for the repair costs and material costs. We will then contact you in advance so that you can decide for yourself.
Make sure you put the device in the original packaging. If this is not possible, make sure you have a good and reliable replacement packaging. The warranty will lapse if the device is transported without suitable packaging. The transport risk is for you. Do not send any extra items, such as DVDs, USB sticks, or things like this. Unfortunately, when these extra items are (unintentionally) lost, we cannot take responsibility for this.
Counterfeit products
When you buy our products directly from Lenco or from an authorized Lenco dealer, you can be sure that you have a genuine Lenco product. Lenco's limited warranty only applies to these genuine Lenco products purchased from Lenco or an authorized Lenco dealer.
