When can I expect my order?
We will of course do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. Do you order before 8:00 PM on workdays? We will then ship your package on the same day and you will receive it the next day! Are you placing an order during the weekend? We will then prepare your package for shipment on Monday and you can expect the package on Tuesday.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
When you place an order above €30, you do not pay shipping costs. Do you place an order under €30? Then we charge € 4.95 shipping costs.
Which carrier do you work with?
Our packages are shipped with DHL. DHL offers the package to your specified address. If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a note with a new delivery appointment. A signature is required to receive the package.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace number from us to track your DHL parcel.

2 (verschillende) kappen besteld waarvan er slechts 1 met de rubber 'kussens' was uitgerust. Waarom het ene model wel en het andere niet? Ook niet in product-omschrijving opgenomen of terug te vinden (en een set losse kussens kosten 24,95?!).
2e bestelling (van opnieuw 2 kappen) een defect exemplaar ontvangen; kan gebeuren. Die wordt niet omgeruild maar ik moet de defecte (waardeloze) terugsturen en zelf een nieuwe bestellen?! M.i. een procedure die niet service-gericht is en verspilling in de hand werkt.
